The last thing I want to do is bore any of you to death with legislative rumblings, however this one carries significant weight in the back pockets of people who can benefit from these modifications. In short, a bill has been introduced to provide a tax credit of up to $30,000 for any 'Aging in Place' home modifications. So what are you waiting for? Contact your representative and tell him/her to support this bill!
